We all spend a great deal of time and money on our bikes so it should only make sense that you get properly fitted on your bike to ensure comfort, prevent injury, and to maximize aerodynamics.
When looking for a bike fitter, searching for someone who is FIST certified should be a minimum starting point since they are trained in specifically fitting triathletes to their Tri bikes.
In this episode, Ian MacLean of IMFIT.ca talks to us about the importance of getting a bike fit. Ian is a FIST certified bike fitter, and makes use of the RETUL system.

Two of our Recharge with Milk Triathlon Series standouts recently had some incredible accomplishments.

Congratulations to both.

Grafton’s Dave Dudley started racing with us in 2004 and from that moment onwards he was hooked.
The dedicated Duathlete and hard core hockey player can be seen racing on practically every day we put on an event. And we do mean “every day."
Dave regularly pulls off the “double” by racing on consecutive days whenever there is the opportunity to race on both Saturday and Sunday.
Listen that what makes Dave tick in this episode.
